The work you do to inspire women across the country to fight for what they deserve and recognize their own self worth is incredible.

About me

I am the founder of Ladies Get Paid, a career development platform that helps women negotiate for pay and power at work. In less than three years, our community has grown to more than 30,000 women from all 50 states and more than 100 countries.

This year I was named to the Well + Good Council, and chosen as one of Bumble’s 112 Most Inspiring New Yorkers. In addition, I had the honor of partnering with Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti on his women in STEM initiative.

Previously, I was the Director of Marketing at Working Not Working, a curated professional network of creatives in advertising, media, tech, and design. Prior to that, I worked in experiential marketing, raised money for nonprofits, and produced a Bosnian short film that got nominated for a Student Academy Award.

For the past few years, I’ve traveled the country hosting town halls for thousands of women to talk about money, work, and self-worth. I’m currently writing a book about my experience, to be published in 2020 by Simon & Schuster.
